As an educator and professional trainer with over 25 years of experience, I am dedicated to empowering individuals through education and skill development. With a B.Sc and M.Ed, I have had the privilege of teaching and training more than 50,000 students, focusing on building strong foundations in soft skills, leadership, and communication. Over the past decade alone, I have trained over 10,000 students, teachers, and professionals, equipping them with the tools they need for both personal and professional growth.
My passion lies in enhancing communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. As a content strategy consultant, I design programs cantered on personality development and soft skills, ensuring that participants leave with impactful, tangible skills. I also conduct English language training sessions with VidyaBridge and BSN Infotech Private Limited, helping individuals develop the language proficiency required to succeed in job interviews.
I am honoured to have received the Trainer of the Year award from MESA and to be nominated for the Mevisha Excellence Service Award in 2024. Recently, I conducted a 15-day workshop on Interview Skills at SRMU Lucknow, in collaboration with College Dekho, aimed at preparing students to excel in job interviews.
Currently, I am developing a course on mastering soft skills, such as communication and emotional intelligence, for the JUNO School of Business. I believe that education is a powerful tool for transformation, and I am deeply committed to helping people unlock their potential through innovative and meaningful learning experiences.
